Office
Relocation Fee		 Regularly scheduled customers who are moving offices and require their containers relocated. $150.00 first 2 consoles $20.00 per console thereafter
Cardboard
Recycling Fee		 Regularly scheduled and One Off Service customers who require secure and environmentally responsible removal of empty cardboard boxes – offsite only $1 per box
Box Return Fee Regularly scheduled and One Off Service customers with a large number of boxes who require empty boxes to be returned after documents in the boxes have been shredded, a box return fee will be applied No Fee for onsite shredding
$200 for offsite shredding

Fuel Surcharge

Effective August 2022, ZircoDATA implemented a fuel surcharge that currently is adjusted monthly based on: globalpetrolprices.com

Fuel Surcharge calculation methodology

Calculation of the fuel surcharge is based on two main factors, the invoice subtotal before GST and the current price per litre of fuel. Based on the price per litre of fuel, a fuel surcharge percentage is applied to your invoice subtotal before GST.

The percentage is determined using the following table:

Calculation example:

If your invoice subtotal is SG$100.00, and the Global Petrol Prices Diesel Fuel rate at the commencement of the billing month is SG$2,910/1,000 litres, the total surcharge would be 4.75% based on the table above.

It is calculated as follows:

Invoice subtotal excluding tax: SG$100.00
Fuel surcharge SG$4.75 (4.75% * SG$100 = SG$4.75)
Total amount excluding tax SG$104.75 + tax
