We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the organisation’s success.
The position is very autonomous and will be focused on managing existing accounts as well as driving business development initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Client Account Manager, you will work on maintaining and building relationships with existing clients and growing the value we can deliver to their organisations. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure projects are delivered and meet the standards that our clients and ourselves expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle multiple client enquiries
- Increase of revenue and lifecycle with your customer portfolio
- Identify opportunities for growth through their existing customers and promote these opportunities to the sales manager.
- Acting as the main interface between the customer and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in customers’ strategic business planning processes.

Profile
- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to build rapport quickly with key stakeholders in mid-size and large organisations
- Ability to persuade & negotiate
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver against business and client strategies
- A strong focus and passion for customer service
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Highly organised and disciplined
- Liaise effectively with all members of the team and foster a dynamic and high-performance environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to productively work autonomously
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous experience in the records management industry
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- An energetic and ambitious approach
